We have a walker, and she calls me Mommy!!!

I have yet to call Brooke a walker because even though she could walk across rooms without falling she would only do it when I was bribing her with a toy. A few days ago she finally starting walking just because, so now I will finally call her a walker! She is 13 days shy of 1.



She also now calls me Mommy!!!! A few days ago I was cooking dinner and she came up to me and kept saying "Mommy" as clear as day. Today when she was done eating she started to scream "Mommy" I love it! Kaitee couldn't even say Mama at this age. I think she hears Kaitee say it to me all day long so she picked it up. I have been trying like crazy to get her to say it for the video camera but she won't she did say it once but she says it quietly so its hard to hear her, but here is the video anyway!

Brooke cut her 11th tooth today! Her new word is baby. She points out pictures of herself and says it! I think this is the right video but our speakers are still not hooked up so I can't hear the video:

Our move!

We moved into our apartment on the 15th. The move went great and the girls were great through the move! I was so worried and stressed out about the girls having to share a room. I lost sleep over my worries. But luckely the girls have done great with sharing a room! I swear they both seem to go to bed so much easier now. The only problem we have had is with nap time. The girls would rather stay up and play then sleep.

What a difference 11 months make!!!

Girls pictures!

We took the girls to Sears this morning to get pictures for my Mom's birthday. Brooke refused to smile (I thought she would be the good one, lol). We bribe Kaitee with candy and it worked!!!

to have such a great Dad!!! I couldn't have found a better guy to have my children with!

When we went to fairyland we bought two cheap strollers to make a double that was small. All Babies R' Us had was ugly green ones. I hated the color because I thought they looked like a boy stroller. So I bought iron on transfers to make them more girly. Bryant took an hour tonight to do them for me. I now LOVE the strollers!!! I think the girls are so lucky to have a Dad who takes time to do something so simple as this!
